Thank you for choosing Healy World! We are committed to ensuring customers satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. This policy details the rights of revocation, return and warranties applicable to our customers in the United States, ensuring a clear and fair process for handling defective or damaged products. Healy World warrants that its products will correspond with the specifications at the time of delivery and agrees to remedy on non-conformity from the date on which the risk passes to the purchasers within the warranty period as mentioned below. We shall not be liable whatsoever in regard of any defects in the products after the said period.
United States Specific Return Policy
This policy applies exclusively to consumers, who have made purchases through our online shop https://us.healy.shop/ and are located within the United States.
Our goal is to provide a satisfactory shopping experience, allowing consumers to exercise their right of revocation in an informed manner.
Right of revocation
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your online purchase under certain conditions, defined as transactions made by individuals for non-commercial or employment purposes. This right specifically excludes online contracts for the purchase of Healy software, subject to applicable laws and regulations in the US.
The warranty on Healy products is valid only when accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, extending a voluntary Healy World warranty of 2 years for specific cases.
1. Returns
1.1. Products eligible for returns
Products purchased directly from Healy World https://us.healy.shop are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
· The item(s) must be in new and unused condition in their original packaging, with all labels.
· Accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order number.
· Include all accompanying accessories, manuals and documentation in the return package.
· Ensure the return package is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
· Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A participation fee of $10 will be retained to cover shipping and handling fees.
1.2. Products non eligible for returns
Please, note that the following items are not eligible for return. The warranty does not cover damages or issues arising from:
· Products with damage or problems resulting from misuse, abuse, negligent handling, accidental damage, acts of nature, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or misuse according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
· Products that the customer has damaged, including water damage or repair attempts by the customer that result in damage.
· Products lost by the customer or previously reported as defective prior to purchase.
· Products outside the 2-year warranty period for devices only, from the date risk passes to the purchaser.
Accessories are excluded under the warranty unless provided under the local law. Healy World will not accept returns of any merchandise that is clearly identified at the time of sale as a demonstration kit, nonreturnable, discontinued, as a seasonable item or currently non-saleable.
1.3. Return of Elements by Healy World®
You may return your Elements by Healy World® supplements within 14 days of the official shipping date. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and remain in their original, unopened packaging. Additionally, the expiry date must not have been surpassed.
No commission will be paid to your sponsor for returned items, whether Healy devices or vitamin strips.
1.4. Return of Elements by Healy World® under the “60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee”
As mentioned in our T&Cs https://us.healy.shop/gtc/, we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (running from the date of purchase) for our new product Elements by Healy World®. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of our vitamin strips only. Subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for this satisfaction guarantee.
We offer a one-time courtesy return, meaning that, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your first-time purchase of our food supplement within the 60-day period, you are entitled to a one-time return for a full refund of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team through the live chat feature on our Healy Shop or by submitting a ticket via the Healy Support Center within the 60-day satisfaction guarantee period. You will then receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
The returned product must be in its original packaging. Partially used products are also eligible for return under this guarantee.
This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to any subsequent purchases of the same product, which are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:
· Submit a ticket to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
· Please include all the details of your order, such as the order number and the items to be returned.
· Our support team will provide you with detailed instructions for the return process, including a return label if your request is eligible.
· Securely package your Healy product, affix the return label, and drop off the package at the nearest FedEx drop-off location. We will take care of the rest!
Please note that returns should not be sent to the Orlando, FL office address, as returns cannot be processed at this location.
3. Remedies for Defects or Problems
Healy World reserves the right to offer, at its discretion, repair (repairing the product to restore it to proper functioning), replacement (with an equivalent or comparable item) or refund (the purchase price of the product) of the purchase price for products covered under this policy.
4. Refund Process
Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as the purchase. Original shipping costs are excluded unless the return is the result of our error or the defective product.
To ensure a smooth refund process, please note the following:
· We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs earlier.
· You are responsible for returning the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
· The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.
· You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is a result of your handling the goods in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
We strive to provide a hassle-free refund experience and aim to process your reimbursement promptly. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.
You are required to inspect the products immediately upon taking delivery and notice of any defects attributable to Healy insofar as those defects can be reasonably established.
A product is defective if it does not conform to the agreement at the time of delivery and situations where a product:
· It does not correspond with its description in the advertising or elsewhere; or
· It is not of a satisfactory quality as reasonably expected according to the terms of the agreement; or
· It is unfit for any purpose informed to the seller before the seller purchases the product.
This “Healy World Return Policy” is applicable only for the return of defective products in situations described above and remedies in accordance with the law are available if the product has been purchased within the past two (2) years. However, remedies are not available if the product becomes defective after two (2) years of purchase.
5. Return of defective or damaged products
A Healy World product considered defective/damaged must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all original tags and labels attached.
The return of a Healy World product considered defective must be postmarked within the Warranty Period.
Upon receipt of the returned product, Healy will fully inspect it and notify you, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement, repair, refund, or price reduction of the product, as a result of the defect or the damage.
If you are eligible to a replacement or refund, Healy will initiate replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
A misused Healy product after receipt, including in situations as described in Section 1.2 above (the list of the items not eligible for return), cannot be considered as defective or damaged product according to this “Healy Return Policy”.
A Healy product cannot be considered damaged according to this “Healy Return Policy”, if and to the extent that the damage results from a circumstance occurred (a) when you or a third party indicated by you and other than the carrier acquired the physical possession of the product; or (b) upon delivery of the product to the carrier by Healy if the carrier was commissioned by you to carry the product and that choice was not offered by Healy.
You bear a return fee of 10 $ as well as the risk of loss or of damage of the Healy World product during the return.
