Is Klarna available in all states?
– Due to varying State regulations on “Buy Now, Pay Later”, some payment plan options may not be available.
- “Monthly Financing” is not available in West Virginia, Colorado, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Iowa.
- “Pay in 4” is not available in New Mexico.
- “Pay Later By Card” is not available in Montana and New Mexico.
What are the amounts available for financing?
– For Pay in Four, any order over $200 up to $1,700
– For monthly financing, any order over $500 up to $10,000
Why was my purchase not approved with Klarna?
Klarna does not approve 100% of all orders and their aim is to support responsible, ethical, and sensible spending habits. We understand that it can be frustrating to be declined for purchase after being approved in the past. However, Klarna’s approval process helps them responsibly offer their services to their customers. Please understand that Klarna Customer Service is not able to change the automated outcome of the approval decision.
How can I increase my eligibility?
- Length of time you have been a Klarna customer may increase your limit. A good payment history with Klarna can improve your chances of being approved.
- If you still have balances on unpaid purchases, it would be beneficial to pay them off to possibly increase your spending limit.
- The total amount in the shopping cart may be too high, so try to remove an item(s) and try again.
- If given the option, connect your bank account with Klarna. This will give Klarna the chance to get a clearer picture of your ability to pay, and as a result, they will be able to make an informed credit decision. This option is only presented when Klarna can’t get enough information from other sources. Know that Klarna handles your data carefully and that you can remove your bank account granted access at any time.
Good to know:
- Each purchase is a new decision so one rejection does not mean that your future purchases will always be declined.
- A rejection does not negatively impact your credit score (if you are a customer in the US).
- Attempting too many purchases in a short amount of time may result in being rejected (fraud prevention).
- The approval decision is not based solely on credit score, but rather multiple internal data points such as past payment history.
My purchase was denied, why do I still have a pending authorization hold on my card?
If you don’t successfully make a purchase, any hold placed on your payment card will be released by Klarna within 24 hours. Depending on your financial institution, it might take between 1 to 7 business days for this to reflect on your account. In the case that you are still being charged for a failed or canceled purchase, it could be due to the order not being fully canceled. Please reach out to Klarna Customer Service for assistance, with the confirmation on hand that your order has been canceled.
Which Credit cards can be used for Pay in Four?
– Any credit card but AMEX
Can a credit card from a foreign bank be used?
– Yes, if it’s a VISA, Mastercard or Discover, and the customer is living within the US.
What if I try to finance multiple orders with Klarna with the same social security number?
– Each order is treated like an individual loan. In total they can make an order with Klarna up to 10k per loan. That being said, Klarna takes into account outstanding payments when determining if they will approve someone so if there is an outstanding balance, Klarna will be less likely to approve someone.
What happens if I make a return?
If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you a new statement. Simply request a return via Healy’s Support Center at https://us.healy.shop/my-account/mysupportcenter/ and make note of the tracking number on the return label you receive. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and we’ll pause your statement. As soon as the retailer has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice
There’s something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?
Yes. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective please login to Healy’s Support Center at https://us.healy.shop/my-account/mysupportcenter/ and submit a new case. Healy’s Customer Care will then troubleshoot the issue and replace your device if necessary.
I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?
Payments start at the time your order is shipped. Please contact Healy via their Support Center at https://us.healy.shop/my-account/mysupportcenter/ to request a delivery update if you haven’t received your order after 7 business days.
My statement is incorrect. What should I do?
If your statement does not match your order details, please contact the retailer directly to correct your statement. Log into your Klarna account and “report a problem” to pause your statement until the details have been corrected.
Does Klarna perform a credit check?
For Financing orders, Klarna will perform a soft credit check. For Pay in Four orders, there will not be a credit check
